Friday November 25th at 7PM the premiere AcroYoga teacher in Los Angeles, Christopher Filkins, will be coming through Albuquerque New Mexico to lead an exploration of movement, partnerships, and communication, & trust. This workshop will focus on expanding skill sets through technique & conditioning. Prereqs require the student a 15 second handstand against the wall, a headstand in the middle of the room, and a standing half moon pose.
