Don't Be Stupid. Be Creative

AcroYoga in LA – Stupid Washing Machine

AcroYoga w/ Ashley Witham & Chris Filkins

“Stupid Washing Machine”

Friday October 2, 2015

Westside Acro is back yet again with another round of training on Friday night at Laughing Frog Yoga. This week Ashley Witham & Christopher Filkins will be exploring a washing machine called “Stupid” designed for ballet dancers. But you don’t need to be a ballet dancer to do it! It’s a really fun and very fast spinning little piece of love which everyone will find great satisfaction in mastering. Our well designed set of calibrations will have you spinning fast and having a blast before the class is over.

Classes at Westside Acro are built progressively. This means that you will find value in the class whether you consider yourself a beginner or an advanced practitioner of AcroYoga. We take simple concepts and calibrations and build upon them. You follow along as far as you feel comfortable and in the process challenge yourself to go deeper into your own personal practice. We don’t believe in simple beginner classes where everyone gets bored. We build complex transitions and poses through many small pieces. You will get better and have fun and be able to accomplish far more than you expect when you learn through progressive training.

We hold the space from 7:30PM at Laughing Frog Yoga in West LA for 3 hours and it only costs $15. Class is usually 1.5 hours of instruction followed by a jam. This is the best intermediate/advanced class in LA and many local teachers have cut their chops here at Westside Acro. You should come.

Bring water & tight fitting comfortable non slippery clothing. Bring a mat and a partner if you got em. But don’t worry if you don’t as we got you covered.

Please come!
